Defective Products

If you receive a defective product, we are happy to offer a replacement. To initiate this process:

  2. Provide Proof: Include a detailed description of the issue and clear photographs of the defect.
  3. Processing Timeline: Once your claim is received and verified, we will process your replacement within 10 business days.

Return Process

  • Returns for defective products must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
  • You will be responsible for securely packaging the item and returning it to our pickup point at Kisauni Road, Nairobi West.

Non-Returnable Items

Products that are not defective at purchase are non-returnable and non-refundable.
